MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN FOX RUN SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20
On May 30, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 7 41 P M. Present Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P
Feenstra and Joan McCotter Absent Robert R Bishop and Dale Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of
street lights in the Fox Run Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20,
City of Livonia, Michigan

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 42 P M , May 30, 1990
