MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN GILL ORCHARDS SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4
On May 30, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 38 P M. Present: Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor,
Ron Ochala, Fernon P Feenstra and Joan McCotter Absent Robert R. Bishop
and Dale Jurcisin.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of
street lights in Gill Orchards Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4,
City of Livonia, Michigan.
There was one person present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 40 P M.
