HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-05-30 SAD ASHLEY ESTATES 25793 ihm MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN ASHLEY ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4 On May 30, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7 35 P M Present Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra and Joan McCotter. Absent Robert R Bishop and Dale Jurcisin. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assesment and a Special Assessment Procedure," The City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system on colonial type ornamental poles with underground wiring in Ashley Estates Subdivision in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, City of Livonia, Michigan. There was one person present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 37 P M May 30, 1990 limRO ERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
