MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
LOF FLORAL AND LATHERS IN THE S E. 1/4 OF SECTION 12
On November 28, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7:31 p.m. Present:
Fernon P Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Joan McCotter. Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordin-
ances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on
the Necessity for the street improvement of Floral and Lathers in
the S.E. 1/4 of Section 12, City of Livonia, Michigan
Ibm There were approximately 45 persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:26 p.m. November
28, 1990.
