MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVED
OF SUNSET AND CLARITA IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On December 3, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the Vice President of the Council at 7:37 p.m.
Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald
Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, and Ron Ochala. Absent: Joan McCotter
(in hospital).
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordin-
ances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on
the Necessity for the street improvement of Sunset and Clarita in
the N.W. 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately seven persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:55 p.m. , December
3, 1990
