MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR SATELLITE DISC ANTENNA
On December 17, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:00 p.m.
Present: Dale Jurcisin, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald
Taylor and Fernon P Feenstra Absent: Joan McCotter (recuperat-
ing from minor surgery) and Ron Ochala.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Section 19.08 of Ordinance No 543, as amended, the City Council
is opening a public hearing on Permit Application submitted by Marc
Thomas for Ronald Wisniewski for a Satellite Disc Antenna on
property located at 9497 Patton in Section 31, City of Livonia,
Michigan
There were approximately three persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the Office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:20 p.m , December
17, 1990.
