HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-11-19 SAD LEVAN COURT 26167 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN LEVAN COURT SUBDIVISION IN THE N E 1/4 OF SECTION 32 On November 19, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 7:35 P.M. Present: Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor and Dale Jurcisin. Absent: Joan McCotter (due to illness). The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, defraying the Expense There- of by Sprcial Assessment and a Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of high pressure sodium street lighting on davitt poles with underground wiring in Levan Court Subdivision in the N E. 1/4 of Section 32, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately two persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 40 P.M , November 19, 1990. 2Z°416 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
