HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-09-19 NECESSITY CALIBURN MANOR 26041 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN CALIBURN MANOR SUBDIVISION NO. 1 IN THE N.E 1/4 OF SECTION 7 On September 19, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:39 p.m. Present: Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala, Fernon P Feenstra, Laura Toy and Joan McCotter. Absent: Robert R. Bishop. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in Caliburn Manor No 1 in the N E 1/4 of Section 7 , City of Livonia, Michigan There were no persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7:41 p.m. , September 19, 1990 ROBERT F NASH, CITY CLERK
