MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
DEMOLITION OF 9001 OXBOW
On October 3, 1990, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 8:04 p.m. Present:
Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala, Fernon P Feenstra, Laura Toy and Joan
McCotter. Absent: Dale Jurcisin and Robert R Bishop.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 15.52, City Council Hearing - Demolition Authorized When,
of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the demolition of a building located
at 9001 Oxbow in Section 36 of the City of Livonia.
tos There were approximately eight persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8: 12 p.m. , October
3, 1990.
