HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1990-09-19 SAD FOX RUN -----amw 26045 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN FOX RUN SUBDIVISION IN THE S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 20 On September 19, 1990, the above hearing was held at City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:53 p.m. Present: Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy and Joan McCotter. Absent: Robert R. Bishop. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of high pressure street lighting on davitt poles with underground wiring in Fox Run Subdivision in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 20, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were no persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
