MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
DEMOLITION OF 33428 RICHLAND
On March 13, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the Vice President of the Council at 9 29 p.m.
Present: Laura Toy, Robert R Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Ron Ochala,
Fernon P Feenstra, Joan McCotter and Dale Jurcisin. Absent:
None
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 15 52, City Council Hearing - Demolition Authorized When,
of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the demolition of a building located
at 33428 Richland of the City of Livonia
ILi There were approximately four persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 9 33 p m. , March 13,
1991
