MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 91-5-2-16 (WAIVER USE)

On August 26, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8:08 P.M. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Laura Toy, Robert R. Bishop,
Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Joan McCotter. Absent: None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
Petition 91-5-2-16 submitted by Richard Gergis (stockholder in Eco-Vest, Inc.)
for Drugland/Livonia Foods to utilize SDD and SDM licenses within an existing
building located on the southeast corner of Middlebelt Road and St. Martins
Avenue in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 1.

There were nine persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:50 P.M. , August 26, 1991.
