MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
GILL ORCHARDS SUBDIVISION IN THE
S.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 4
On May 8, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called
to order by the President of the Council at 7:40 P.M. Present:
Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor,
Dale Jurcisin and Joan McCotter Absent: Laura Toy.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for
the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof
by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the
Imo City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting
system on colonial post tops with underground wiring in the
Gill Orchards Subdivision in the S E 1/4 of Section 4, City of
Livonia
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 48 P M. , May 8,
1991
