HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1991-08-14 PETITION 1991-04-02-12 26593 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETIION 91-4-2-12 (WAIVER USE) On August 14, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:40 P.M. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert R. Bishop, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, and Joan McCotter. Absent: Ron Ochala and Laura Toy. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 91-4-2-12 submitted by Szechuan Empire Ltd. requesting WAIVER USE Ih. approval to utilize a Class C liquor license in connection with an existing restaurant located on the south side of Five Mile Road between Middlebelt and Cavour Roads in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 24. There were three persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
