HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1991-05-22 SAD SUNSET 26480 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT OF SUNSET (SEVEN MILE TO CLARITA) AND CLARITA (BAINBRIDGE TO SUNSET) IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 11 On May 22, 1991, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:37 p.m. Present: Laura Toy, Gerald Taylor, Dale Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Joan McCotter. Absent: Robert R. Bishop and Fernon P. Feenstra. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordin- ances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for an Alternate III street improve- ment of Sunset (Seven Mile to Clarita) and Clarita (Bainbridge to Sunset) in the N.W. 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately seven persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
