1. BLOCK PARTY: Michael Kinney, re: to be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015, from
12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Howell Street between Richfield and Blue Skies, with
a rain date of July 5, 2015.
2 BLOCK PARTY: Ron Bozzi, re: to be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 12:00

4. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCE: Sayre Adams, re: in
order to hold a graduation party with music at her home located at 15709 Gary
Lane, on Friday, June 26, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.
5. REQUEST TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC SAFETY, EDUCATION AND
RECREATION COMMITTEE MEETING: Steven Johnson, re: for the purpose of
discussing modification of Ordinance 8.32.070.20, to prohibit any and all model
aircraft with any type of motor or engine from flying on any public properties.
6. PLYMOUTH ROAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (PRDA) ANNUAL REPORT
FOR 2014: Michael T. Slater, Treasurer, as submitted pursuant to Public Act 197
of 1975.
7. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF LIVONIA TO EXECUTE A WAYNE
COUNTY PERMIT: Department of Management Information Systems, re: for the
use of Wayne County rights of way on Five Mile and Farmington Roads in
connection with the City Fiber Network Expansion project.
8. AWARD OF BID: Public Service Division, re: for supplying the Road Maintenance
Section with Bituminous Materials for the period May 1, 2015 through April 30,
2016.
9. REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT 14-D UNIT PRICES FOR CONTRACT
15-D 2015 JOINT AND CRACK SEALING PROGRAM: Engineering Division, re:
same. (CR 283-14)
10. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2015-03-08-05
submitted by GAV & Associates, Inc. in connection with a proposal to remodel the
exterior of the commercial shopping center (Mid 7 Plaza) located on the south side
of Seven Mile Road between Middlebelt Road and Melvin Avenue (29475-29493
Seven Mile Road and 19043-19045 Middlebelt Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 11.

11. ROLL CALL: Proposed amendment to the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance No.
543, as amended: Department of Law, re: Petition 2014-11-01-07, submitted by
NPM Acquisitions, L.L.C., to rezone the property located on the southwest corner
of Schoolcraft and Inkster Roads (27403 and 27451 Schoolcraft Road) in the
Northeast 1/4 of section 25, from OS (Office Services) and M-1 (Light
Manufacturing) to C-4 (High Rise Commercial Four Stories).
First Reading given by Laura Toy on February 18, 2015.

12. SITE PLAN PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2015-03-08-04
submitted by Livonia Lodge, Inc. in connection with a proposal to construct a four-
story hotel (Holiday Inn Express & Suites) located on the southwest corner of
Schoolcraft and Inkster Roads (27403 and 27451 Schoolcraft Road) in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 25.
13. REQUEST TO ESTABLISH A COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION DISTRICT: Paul
F. Bohn, Fausone Bohn, LLP, on behalf of Livonia Lodge, Inc., re: to help in the
expansion and rehabilitation of property located at 27403 Schoolcraft Road and
27451 Schoolcraft Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25.

ENGINEERING SERVICES; AND TO EXECUTE A THIRD PARTY AGREEMENT
WITH THE MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MDOT):

16. PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT:
Engineering Division, re: to determine necessity for the conversion of street lights
to LED for the Sherwood Forest Estates Subdivision, located north of Six Mile
Road, and east of Wayne Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Gary and Amelia Bukwaz, in connection with
the development of a sanitary sewer constructed at 9284 Richfield Avenue for a
12’ wide public utility easement in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 31.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured
without monetary consideration from Felician Sisters of North America, Inc., in
connection with the development of a water main extension project to serve the
Angela Hospice Care Center located at 14100 Newburgh Road for a 20’ wide
public utility easement in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 20.
