MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE IV STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
GROVE, WEST OF MERRIMAN IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 15
On July 13, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:37 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra,
Sean P. Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee, Dale Jurcisin, Gerald Taylor and
Laura Toy. Absent: Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special
Assessment Roll for an Alternate IV street improvement of Grove, west of
Merriman in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 15, City of Livonia, Michigan.
isr There were approximately twelve persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:04 p.m. , July 13,
1992.
