MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE STREET IMPROVEMENT
OF ELLEN DRIVE NORTH OF FIVE MILE IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 16
On March 18, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7:41 p.m. Present: Sean Kavanagh, Michael P McGee, Dale
Jurcisin, Ron Ochala and Laura Toy. Absent: Gerald Taylor (medical business)
and Fernon P. Feenstra (City business).
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement
of Ellen Drive, north of Five Mile, in the S.W. 1/4 of Section 16, City of
Livonia, Michigan.
i'm• There were approximately forty-five persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:40 p.m. , March 18, 1992.
