MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE I STREET IMPROVFXENT OF
to ELLEN DRIVE NORTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD IN SECTION 16
On May 20, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 7:32 p.m. Present: Sean P. Kavanagh,
Michael P. McGee, Dale Jurcisin, Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra and
Ron Ochala. Absent: Laura Toy (recuperating).
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special
Assessment Roll for an Alternate I street improvement of Ellen Drive
north of Five Mile Road in Section 16, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately twenty-five persons present.
ILQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:31 p.m. , May 20,
1992
