HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1992-12-16 SAD PEMBROKE 27364 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR AN ALTERNATE IV STREET IMPROVEMENT OF PEMBROKE AVENUE FROM FLAMINGO BOULEVARD TO PURLINGBROOK ROAD IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 2 On December 16, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 7:40 p.m. Present: Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee, and Ron Ochala. Absent: Gerald Taylor and Laura Toy. The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for an Alternate IV street improvement of Pembroke Avenue from Flamingo Boulevard to Purlingbrook in the West 1/2 of Section 2, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately six persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
