HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1992-09-23 NECESSITY PARKSIDE VILLA 27220 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION Igo OF STREET LIGHTS IN THE PARKSIDE VILLAS SUBDIVISION IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 8 On September 23, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 8:22 p.m. Present: Ron Ochala, Fernon P. Feenstra (arrived at 8:25 p.m. due to City business), Sean P. Kavanagh, Michael P. McGee, Dale A. Jurcisin, and Gerald Taylor Absent: Laura M. Toy (ill family member). The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the installation of street lights in the Parkside Villas Subdivision, in the Lie Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, City of Livonia, Michigan. There were approximately nine persons present.
