IN THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 8
On September 23, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 8:22 p.m. Present: Ron Ochala, Fernon P.
Feenstra (arrived at 8:25 p.m. due to City business), Sean P. Kavanagh,
Michael P. McGee, Dale A. Jurcisin, and Gerald Taylor Absent: Laura M.
Toy (ill family member).
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the
installation of street lights in the Parkside Villas Subdivision, in the
Lie Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately nine persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:30 p.m. , September 23,
1992.
