MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE III STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
CLARITA FROM MELVIN TO MIDDLEBELT IN THE N.B. 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On November 4, 1992, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 7:42 p.m. Present: Michael P. McGee,
Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanagh, and Ron Ochala.
Absent: Dale A. Jurcisin, and Laura M. Toy.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended,
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll
for an Alternate III street improvement of Clarita from Melvin to
Middlebelt in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia, Michigan.
iw. There were approximately six persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 55 p m. , November 4, 1992.
