MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 93-1-2-1 (WAIVER USE)

On May 3, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8:13 p.m. Present: Fernon P. Feenstra, Michael P. McGee, Ron Ochala,
Dale A. Jurcisin and Gerald Taylor. Absent: Laura M. Toy and Sean P. Kavanagh.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
Petition 93-1-2-1 submitted by Arsen K. Sanjian requesting waiver use approval to
remodel and expand an existing building for the purpose of operating an automotive
service center on property located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Yale
Iho Avenue and Levan Road in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 32.
There were approximately 35 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by
the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:06 P M. , May 3, 1993.
