L MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
WILLOW CREEK SUBDIVISION IN THE N W 1/4 OF SECTION 14
On February 7, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 9 17 P M Present Laura M Toy, Dale A
Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh, Ron
Ochala and Gerald D Taylor Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the
City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for installation
of street lighting on colonial post top poles in Willow Creek Subdivision
L in the N W 1/4 of Section 14
There were four persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 18 P M , February 7,
1994
