MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED BUDGET
lirFOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING
DECEMBER 1, 1993 TO NOVEMBER 30, 1994
Pursuant to Section 4 and 5, Chapter VII of the Charter of the City
of Livonia, and Act 5 of 1982, a public hearing was held on October 11,
1993 at 8:08 p m at the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan on the proposed annual budget of the City of Livonia for
the year commencing December 1, 1993 and ending November 30, 1994. The
public hearing was called to order by the President of the Council at
approximately 8 08 p m Members present were: Ron Ochala, Laura Toy,
Dale A Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh
and Gerald Taylor Absent: None
The City Clerk presented to the Council satisfactory evidence that
proper notice of this public hearing had been duly published at least one
week in advance of such hearing by the City Clerk in the Livonia Observer,
the official newspaper of the City, and the provisions of the City Charter
have been complied with
There were approximately 15 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:31 p m , October 11,
1993
