MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 56
FOR BORG-WARNER AUTOMOTIVE POWDERED METALS CORPORATION
On September 27, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8:06 p m. Present Sean P Kavanagh, Ron Ochala, Dale A.
Jurcisin, Fernon P. Feenstra, Michael P. McGee and Gerald D. Taylor. Absent:
Laura M. Toy.
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District
pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
as petitioned by Borg-Warner Automotive Powdered Metals Corporation
There was one person present
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8: 12 p.m , September 27, 1993.
