MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT AND EXTENSION OF
BOUNDARIES OF THE PLYMOUTH ROAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
On June 21, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President
Taylor at 8:12 p.m. Present: Kavanagh, Ochala, Jurcisin, Feenstra, McGee and
Taylor. Absent: Toy.
Pursuant to Act 197, Public Acts of Michigan, 1975, as amended, the City
Clerk has duly published and mailed notices not less than 20 and not more than
40 days prior to the hearing date to all property taxpayers of record in the
proposed amended downtown district as shown by the most recent tax roll of the
City and all other requirements have been fulfilled.
President Taylor stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth
1 in Act 197, Public Acts of Michigan, 1975, as amended, the Council of the City
kw. of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to the proposed amendment and
extension of boundaries of the Plymouth Road Development Authority.
There was one person present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:19 p.m. , June 21, 1993.
