MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION
On July 19, 1993, the above hearing was held at City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8:33 p.m. Present: Dale A. Jurcisin,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Sean P. Kavanath and Gerald D. Taylor. Absent:
Laura M. Toy, Michael P. McGee and Ron Ochala.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Section
19.08 of Ordinance No. 543, as amended, the City Council is opening a
public hearing on a Permit Application submitted by Metro-Detroit Sign
Company on behalf of Boston Chicken requesting approval for two wall
signs for the building located at 37104 Six Mile Road in Section 8.
118 (Petitioner was appealing the decision of denial by the Planning Commis-
sion, re: the southeasterly sign. )
There were three persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:48 p.m. , July 19, 1993.
