MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
CRUCAM, INC./KEV, INC. FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 55
On September 1 , 1993, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Taylor at 7 06 p m Present Michael P McGee, Laura M Toy,
Fernon P Feenstra and Gerald D Taylor Absent Dale A Jurcisin,
Sean P Kavanagh and Ron Ochala
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for twelve years, submitted
by CRUCAM, Inc /KEV, Inc , covering new industrial facilities to be
located at 38099 Schoolcraft Road located within City of Livonia
Industrial Development District 55
There were approximately four people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 22 p m. , September 1 ,
1993
