MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST FOR TRANSFER OF
AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE FROM
BORG-WARNER AUTOMOTIVE, INC. TO KELSEY-HAYES
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 46
On September 8, 1993, the above hearing was held at the City
Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by President Taylor at 7 07 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra,
Sean P Kavanagh and Gerald D Taylor Absent Laura M Toy, Dale A.
Jurcisin, Michael P McGee and Ron Ochala
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application
from Kelsey-Hayes, 38481 Huron River Drive, Romulus, Michigan 48174
for a Transfer of the Tax Abatement previously granted to Borg-Warner
liw Automotive, Inc , for a business located at 12000 Tech Center Drive,
located in the City of Livonia Industrial Development District No 46.
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p.m , September 8,
1993.
