10 FOR AN ALTERNATE I STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
ROYCROFT EAST OF MIDDLEBELT
IN THE S W 1/4 OF SECTION 13
On May 4, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 59 p m Present Laura M Toy, Dale
A Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Ron Ochala and Gerald
Taylor Absent Sean P Kavanagh
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Revised
Special Assessment Roll for an Alternate I street improvement of
111 Roycroft east of Middlebelt in the S W 1/4 of Section 13, City of
Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 25 persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 17 p m , May 4, 1994
