HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1994-05-04 SAD STONEHOUSE 28228 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS FOR STONEHOUSE AVENUE, JOY ROAD TO WEST CHICAGO (FOREST OAKS SUBDIVISION) IN THE S.E 1/4 OF SECTION 31 On May 4, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 09 P M Present Laura M Toy, Dale A Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Ron Ochala and Gerald Taylor Absent Sean P Kavanagh The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the NECESSITY for the installation of street lighting with underground wiring on Stonehouse Avenue, Joy Road to West Chicago (Forest Oaks Subdivision) in the S E 1/4 of Section 31, City of Livonia There were approximately 45 persons present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 56 P M , May 4, 1994 Jiff MC COTTER, CITY CLERK
