MINCTTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REVISED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR AN ALTERNATE III STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
MANGER EAST OF MERRIMAN
IN THE N W 1/4 OF SECTION 14
On August 10, 1994, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
the President of the Council at 8 12 p m Present Laura M Toy, Dale
A Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh and
Gerald Taylor Absent Ron Ochala
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Revised
Special Assessment Roll for an Alternate III street improvement of
ILE Munger east of Merriman in the N N 1/4 of Section 14, City of Livonia,
Michigan
There were approximately twelve (12) persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 40 p m , August 10,
1994
