MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 94-9-2-30 (WAIVER USE)
On February 15, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 03 p m Present Sean P Kavanagh, Laura M
Toy, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee and Gerald D Taylor Absent
Dale A Jurcisin
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to Petition 94-9-2-30 by the Italian American Club Banquet
110 Hall, Inc , requesting waiver use approval to utilize a Class C license for an
existing banquet hall located on the north side of Five Mile Road between the
1-96/1-275 Expressway and Knolson Avenue in the S W 1/4 of Section 18
There were approximately 16 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 58 p m , February 15, 1995
