MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
EXHIBIT WORKS, INC.
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
IN CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO 53
On January 23, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by
President Taylor at 7 08 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P
McGee, Sean P Kavanagh, Laura M Toy, Dale A Jurcisin and Gerald D
Taylor Absent Ron Ochala
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the
question of whether this City Council should approve the Application for
Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate, submitted by Charles G
Tangora, Attorney, on behalf of Exhibit Works, Inc , (13211 Merriman
Road) , re request for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
for 12 year period to cover construction of new building to be used for
the manufacturing of displays and exhibits located within the City of
Livonia Industrial Development District 53
There were approximately two (2) people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 22 p m , January 23,
1995
