MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 94-9-2-30
(WAIVER USE)
On September 20, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hail,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 06 p m. Present: Michael P McGee, Sean P
Kavanagh, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Laura M Toy and Gerald D Taylor
Absent: Dale A. Jurcisin and Fernon P Feenstra
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
Petition 95-6-2-22 by Pacoma Purlingbrook LLC requesting waiver use approval
to construct cluster homes to be located on the east side of Purlingbrook
Avenue, north of Seven Mile Road in the S E 1/4 of Section 2
There were approximately 16 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 03 p m , September 20,
1995
