MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITION
On October 2, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Senior
Council'member Fernon P Feenstra at 7 05 p m Present: Michael P McGee,
Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Laura M. Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin and
Fernon P Feenstra. Absent: Gerald D Taylor
Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to
the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change
and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have
been fulfilled
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in
Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan 1921, as amended, the
Zoning Act (M S.A. Section 5 2934, M C L.A. 125 584), as well as Article XXIII of
Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the
City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change of
the Zoning Ordinance
Petition 95-2-1-3 by the City Planning Commission requesting to
rezone property located north of Seven Mile, east of the 1-275
Freeway in Section 6 from PO III to P0, PO to PO III, C-4 III to PO
III, and PO III to C-4 III (High Rise Professional Office - 12 Stories
to High Rise Professional Office - 6 Stories, High Rise Professional
Office - 12 Stories to Professional Office, Professional Office to
High Rise Professional Office - 12 Stories, High Rise Commercial -
12 Stories to High Rise Commercial - 12 Stories)

There were two (2) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 20 p m , October 2, 1995
