MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
FOR GARRETT TOOL & ENGINEERING, INC
On June 26, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 06 p m Present Fernon P Feenstra, Michael
P McGee, Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Dale A Jurcisin and
Gerald D Taylor Absent Laura M Toy
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District
pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
as petitioned by Charles Lazette, President, Garrett Tool & Engineering, Inc ,
im re proposed addition of 52, 000 s f to the existing industrial building
located at 36930 Industrial Road in the N W 1/4 of Section 29
There was no one present
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , June 26, 1995
