MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
NYX, INCORPORATED FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 22
On September 6, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by President Taylor at 7 36
p m Present: Laura M Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee,
Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Gerald D Taylor Absent: None
President Taylor stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities
Exemption Certificate, submitted by NYX, Incorporated, 38700 Schoolcraft Road,
Livonia, MI 48150, dated July 24, 1995, re Twelve Year Exemption Certificate new
irdustrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Development District
No 22
There were approximately four (4) people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 45 p m., September 6, 1995
