MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 95-7-2-24
(WAIVER USE)
On November 1, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 46 p m. Present: Sean P Kavanagh, Maureen Miller
Brosnan, Dale A. Jurcisin, Fernon P Feenstra, Michael P McGee and Gerald D
Taylor Absent: Laura M. Toy
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
Petition 95-7-2-24 by Super Hi Tech Auto Service Center requesting waiver use
approval for outdoor storage and rental of U-Haul trucks on property located on
the south side of Plymouth Road between Yale Avenue and Levan Road in the
N E. 1/4 of Section 32
There were approximately 50 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 1000 pm , November 1,
1995
