MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO ON THE NECESSITY OF
A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ON ALOIS SOUTH OF PLYMOUTH ROAD BETWEEN
BETWEEN NEWBURGH AND ECKLES
IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 30, T 1S, R.9E
On December 6, 1995, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8 47 p m Present: Fernon P Feenstra, Sean P
Kavanagh, Maureen Miller Brosnan, and Michael P McGee Absent: Laura M
Toy, Dale A. Jurcisin and Gerald D Taylor
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special
Assessment Street Improvement Project on Alois south of Plymouth Road
between Newburgh and Eckles, in the S W 1/4 of Section 30
There were approximately 80 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 05 p m , December 6, 1995
