MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN
CALIBURN MANOR NO 2 SUBDIVISION
IN THE N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 7
On June 24, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 03 p m. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Maureen
Miller Brosnan, and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee and Val Vandersloot,
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as
amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the
installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system on colonial post tops in
Caliburn Manor Subdivision No 2 the N E. 1/4 of Section 7, City of Livonia, Michigan.
There was no one present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 04 p m , June 24, 1996
