HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1996-03-20 SAD CALIBURN MANOR 29390 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN CALIBURN MANOR SUBDIVISION NO. 2 IN THE N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 7 On March 20, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8.10 p m Present: Val Vandersloot, Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Femon P Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for installation of street lighting on colonial post top poles in Calibum Manor Subdivision No 2 in the N E. 1/4 of Section 7 There were 25 persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
