MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
IN THE S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 29 FOR
ALLMAND ASSOCIATES, INC.
On October 2, 1996, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 01 p m Present: Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor,
Brian Duggan, Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot and Joe Laura.
Absent: Fernon P Feenstra
The President stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish an Industrial Development District
pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1974, as amended,
requested by Allmand Associates, Inc in the S W 1/4 of Section 29 (12163
Globe) There were two (2) persons present.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 10 p m , October 2, 1996
