MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR A PROPOSED STREET IMPROVEMENT OF
BELL CREEK FARMS SUBDIVISION
IN THE N.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 15
On April 14, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 7 11 p m Present: Michael P McGee, Gerald D
Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Val Vandersloot and Maureen Miller
Brosnan. Absent: Council President, Joe Laura (out of town on business)
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for a Street
Improvement of Bell Creek and Bloomfield Streets located in the N W 1/4 of
Section 15, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately 36 persons present.
Questions and Comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 03 p m , April 14, 1997
