ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR A PROPOSED
it FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALK
ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF EIGHT MILE ROAD BETWEEN
fir NEWBURGH AND FARMINGTON ROADS
On January 6, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 03 p m. Present: Michael P McGee, Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P
Feenstra, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Joe Laura. Absent: Val Vendersloot.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.08, Special
Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the Special Assessment Roll for the proposed installation
of missing sidewalks in front of the properties along the south side of Eight Mile Road
between Newburgh and Farmington Roads, T 1S, R 9E, City of Livonia, Michigan
LThere were approximately six(6) persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at T07 p m., Monday, January 6, 1997
