MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY
HY-FORM PRODUCTS, INC.,
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
CITY OF LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 9
On July 16, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center
Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice President Brosnan at 7 09 p m
Present: Gerald D Taylor, Brian Duggan, Fernon P Feenstra, Val Vandersloot and
Maureen Miller Brosnan. Absent: Michael P McGee and Joe Laura.
Vice President Brosnan stated that this was a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for Industrial Facilities Exemption
Certificate, submitted by Stephen E. Nash, President, Hy-Form Products, Inc., 35588
Veronica Drive, re. to cover the purchase of machinery to increase productivity and capacity
and update equipment to keep up with changing technology and the requirements set by the
automotive industry (located in IDD No. 9)
There was one (1) person present in the audience
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 13 p m , July 16, 1997
