MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR A PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING PROJECT FOR
CALIBURN MANOR SUBDIVISION NO. 3
IN THE N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 7
On September 3, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 7 10 p m. Present: Maureen Miller Brosnan, Val Vandersloot, Brian Duggan, Fernon
P Feenstra, and Joe Laura. Absent: Michael P McGee and Gerald D Taylor
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08, Special
Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the Roll for a Special Assessment Street Lighting Project
for installation of 100 watt high pressure sodium street lights on Colonial Post Top
poles in Caliburn Manor Subdivision No 3 located in the N E. 1/4 of Section 7, City of
Livonia, Michigan
There was no one present in the audience on this hearing
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 11 p m , September 3, 1997
