MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 97-2-8-1
(SITE PLAN APPROVAL)
On December 15, 1997, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of
the Council at 7 14 p m. Present: Val Vendersloot, Michael P McGee, Brian Duggan,
Femon P Feenstra, Gerald D Taylor and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent: Gerald D
Taylor and Joe Laura.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 543,
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance
No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to Petition 97-2-8-1 by
First Federal of Michigan requesting approval of all plans in connection with a proposal
to erect an ATM and construct a new driveway for the bank located at 18999 Five Mile
Road in the N W 1/4 of Section 24
There were 5 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.00 p m., December 15, 1997
