MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO ON THE NECESSITY OF
A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ON ASHURST ROAD, NORTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD
IN THE S.E. AND S.W. 1/4 OF SECTION 16
On February 9, 1998, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.00 p m. Present: Joe Laura, Maureen Miller Brosnan, John
Walsh, Val Vandersloot, John Pastor, Brian Duggan and Jack Engebretson.
Absent: None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the, Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City
Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the proposed Special
Assessment Street Improvement Project for Ashurst Road, North of Five Mile
Road, in the S E. and S W 1/4 of Section 16 City of Livonia, Michigan.
There were approximately 25 persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 40 p m., February 9, 1998.
